How it works
At tuneriver, we’re dedicated to providing you with a hassle-free gift ordering experience. The whole process is covered in 3 easy steps:
Order your song by identifying who it’s for, the occasion and by selecting the song you wish to personalize from the samples displayed that relate to your choices.
You will receive an order confirmation via email – please make sure you add support@tuneriver.com to your contacts. Your request is then sent to the recording studio for your personalization to be recorded. Your personalized web page is also created. Once the recording is complete, it is mixed, checked and converted into an mp3 file which is then uploaded to the personalized web page along with your personalized lyric sheet.
You will receive a link to a personalized web page, which includes the personalized song and lyrics within 72 hours. You can then share this with your lucky person via email, text or any other social-media/communication app. Your song can be played from the page or downloaded, the lyric sheet can also be downloaded and can also be shared via social media channels.
